Consumer dispute resolution

We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§ 36 VSBG).

The European Commission shut down its Online Dispute Resolution platform on 20 July 2025, so there is no link to it here.

Liability for content and links

We are responsible for our own content on these pages under general law. We are not obliged to monitor content submitted by users; once we become aware of a specific infringement we remove the content without delay.

Some of our pages link to external websites whose content we do not control. The respective provider is always responsible for those. No infringements were apparent at the time of linking.
